This little guy loves his snacks, and will stretch out just to reach that nut... My squirrel buddy will hang around just for a handout. It's fun to watch him come up to my back door and look in to see if I'm there so he can have something to eat.

Friendly -- is that your finger he's stretching to?
ReplyDeleteWhen we lived in Montant we'd put goodies out for the squirrels. When the dish emptied one little fella would sit in it and scold us whenever we came into view, but no matter what we inticed him with he always stayed a good two feet out of reach.
Amazing agility & balance.
ReplyDeleteHe's literally stretched to the limit, just about - anymore and he'd surely fall if he doesn;t recoil.
I take it he gets the nut. lol!
